Dra Heredia - today

She has not turned up today, so for anyone who has an appointment don't bother going to the health centre. Will need to make a new appointment. I turned up at 8.50 a.m. and receptionist has a long list to cancel/re-arrange.

There is something seriously wrong at Lo Marabu at the moment, my wife and I have had three appointments changed or cancelled since Dr. Valenti left, on each occasion we have been told to attend Rojales clinlc, at Rojales on one occasion we were told to go back to see a doctor at Lo Marabu, when we received the appointment there was a two hour waiting period from the said appointment, we still didnt get to see anybody, my wife has been waiting a month to get her prescription renewed, and she is paying for her medication, ok she will be refunded when we eventually get a doctor to renew it, to my knowledge two doctors have left and and two doctors have failed to attend surgery.

Same here. Asked at reception to renew prescription. She did it there and then and said if the doctor needs reviewing it we will call you.
Repeat was updated the very next day.

Maybe getting short of staff or they have changed the system but my wife has to go for test next week a the Rojales health centre instead of Lo Marabu. That was arranged over a month ago.

My saga with Lo Marabu, last week I received off a doctor at the Rojales clinic an appointment to go to Lo Marabu at 8 am Tuesday morning to give a sample, when I got there I was told to come back Wednesday at the same time, I pointed out that my appointment was for Tuesday, the nurse just shrugged her shoulders and said come back tomorrow.
