Hi, firestick won't play films just buffering TV OK though , have tried rebooting and coming out and putting password etc back in still nothing anyone got any ideas please?

If it's connected with WiFi, check the speed.

A Firestick only works on WiFi!

You can test your speed by going to 'Internet' on the Firestick and then to speedtest.net

Are you using a VPN?

ive got mine wired via ethernet converter ,much better

VPNs can drastically slow your speed down. Try turning it off and back on again, then clear its cache if you need to use it.
