It was only a pre-season friendly, for the Joan Gamper trophy. Elche still done well though, first game of the season next weekend at home to Real Sociedad, that will be the first real test!!!!!

Looking forward to getting back out to Spain & hopefully get to see a game. Can anyone advise how to get tickets ?

As it is not far to travel (when in Spain), I would prefer driving up to get tickets in advance, if this is a possibility.

Highly unlikely we'll be allowed into the games for the forseeable future i'm afraid. When we eventually are allowed in, yes you can buy tickets in advance, they don't usually go on sale until after the previous fixture has been played ie; play on Saturday, next game tickets won't go on sale 'till the following Tuesday or Wednesday, that is how it's been for the last 10 or so years. You can also buy on matchday but expect big queues now we're back in the "big time"
