Fridge repair

we are coming to our apartment in Formentera next week, with Covid and travel restrictions we have not been as much as we would have liked on the last trip which was last year there were a lot of things to do but not enough time to do them all, This time one of the must do jobs is fix the fridge/freezer the freezer works but the fridge does not which brings me to the reason for this post, Could some one recommend a a person or company to fix the fridge I am hoping it only needs regarding.

Turn the fridge upside down for 12 hours.

Sometimes all you need to do is defrost the freezer completely. There can be ice blocking the fan from freezer to fridge,so the freezer stays cold but no fan to move chilled air x

What Sue and Neil suggests is true, switch the fridge freezer off, and leave for 3 or 4 days, plug back in and you should have success, the only problem is if you have food in the freezer it must be used up first, also get yourselves a fridge thermometer to check the temperature of your fridge when you turn it back on.
