Gym, preferably with sauna

Looking for a local or nearby gym (I'm in San Luis) where I can do a bit of exercise, rowing machine, bike, walking machine, as I have a painful knee, but still need to try and do some regular exercise, as I'm a bit restricted walking, but can get out on my bike. Maybe go for a month or two to see how I progress & price if you have an idea. Thinking of biking to the gym, provided there is somewhere safe to park the bike. Thanks.

Try the municipal gym in Torrevieja where all the sporting facilities are by the Friday market, it's really cheap, hubbys been, did it for 3 or 6 months. You could cycle there down that windy road by Hyperbar supermarket and it's more or less at the bottom

Hi, if you should use the gym will you post on here what it is like, facilities etc. The cost of membership and monthly fee. I'd be interested in hearing what you think of it.
