IBI SUMA PAYMENT

Hello everyone
Our IBI SUMA is paid by direct debit. The bill we received said that the payment would be taken on 29th October. However as of this morning, the payment has still not been taken.

Just wondered if anyone else is still waiting or have your direct debit payments already been taken?

I know I can pop into the SUMA office to sort this out but thought I’d check on here first.

Mine has been paid by direct debit

Likewise, mine went on 29th October as per the email.

Mine taken too on 29th. I think something may have gone amiss with yours.

Mine didn’t go out until the 1st, even though it should have gone out on the 29 th

Our payments were made on 29th as scheduled.

This post is nine months old, think the OP probably sorted by now!

To be fair, the situation is still not resolved. I’ve been down to the SUMA office four times since last November and still they cannot sort the problem. I was promised a new bill in April but one never materialised and when I went down again to see them last month they told me to wait a little longer. It’s nearly time for the 2022 bills to be sent out.
I can’t do anymore than I’ve already done and they always tell me not to worry about it. So I shall just wait patiently for a little while longer.
