Import tax on item posted from uk

Hello,
Can anyone advise please on Import tax
We posted a ninja foodie multi cooker from UK to our holiday home in Quesada but it didnt arrive on specified date so ibcontacted parcel hero who have advised being held as import tax not paid, they gave me a telephone number but I don't speak Spanish and no English option,any body got any advise on this please ?

Not really sure what advice you're seeking, find someone who speaks Spanish and pay what's due, what else?

Next time order from a Spanish supplier.

Very helpful (not), I didnt order from spain as its something I already had in uk but upgraded so sent old one (18mths old multi cooker) to spain, happy to pay tax just dont know how.
Talk quesada members are usually so helpful

Idy get a friend who speaks Spanish to call the number and ask. We pay our lawyers a retaining fee and they would do this for us.

Did you ever receive this and if so what did you have to pay?
