Inverted Eyelash problem

Hi, my hubby has an in growing eyelash problem which is really uncomfortable - just wonder if anyone has had experience of this, and what was done and where to go to have it treated/removed?

He is already waiting for a hospital appointment for another (unrelated) eye condition, but that could take months before he gets the appointment through (Torrevieja). Visionker quoted €110 to have it plucked out, which seems a lot!

Ask in the chemist if there's anything that will help, if not 110 is not bad as normally private places will charge a consultation plus treatment

My friends husband had this and had to go to Torrevieja hospital once a month and got botox in his eye for about 6 months, it seams to have fixed the problem, he was 82 at the time

Yes, thanks, that's interesting. As I say, he does have a referral, but it may take months to get the appointment!

He doesn't want to just have it plucked out, as it'll probably just grow back. Wonder how botox helps?
