Local Dentists offering implants

I was wondering if anyone could recommend local dentists for implants. I own a property in Algorfa and use as much as I can. I believe that there may be a local dentist offering implants?
Unfortunately my teeth have crumbled due to taking steroids for the past 3 years for an auto immune disease.
The price I have been quoted in the UK is eye watering so am hoping it may be cheaper with a Spanish dentist.
Would appreciate any advice.

Did a lot of research about implants a few years ago found so many horror stories, you get one chance to get it right, as a few in this area have found listening to their stories.
couple of years ago my wife went to the Dental implant centre in Quesada, quite a lot of implants were needed. She was given a quote, not cheap. Last year having got the money together she went, The job they did was fantastic ,the care they took exceptional.

But then you have to add on the old teeth removal . €40each
A plate with false teeth might be needed for 3 months while your gums heal..€180+
