Lost engagement ring

Thats correct, just been told the same and gone through policy. A very expensive lesson. I bought the 1.5ct diamond 7.5mm diameter whe in South africa, current value I can't leave on this post but more than what you can count on 2 hands.

Partner hasn't been well so lost a lot of weight and no time to have ring adjusted.

Will have to review change insurance policy.

By any chance did you not take out a loss insurance policy when ring was first bought and has it been renewed by DD

Might sound silly but has she checked her pockets. This happened to me once, i had not considered the drop in temperature and low and behold, there it was in my pocket.

you will have checked the gloves and under the car seats

All check and recheck several times.

Insurance cover for house and contents incl
Jewellery so if lost within home or stolen from home insurance would have covered. Lesson learnt
