Mosquito blinds

I have recently had Mosi blinds to my home but changed the windows so they now don’t fit inside I got the company to change them at an extra cost but they measured them wrong and we could not close our windows we have asked to them to be replaced but know been told they cannot guarantee they will stay up as they are quite large windows
can I take legal action as they only want to give me 150 euros back and they cost in total 490 euros
Any help would be appreciated

We installed ours ourselves. Leroy Merlin. Easily cut to fit the window
Hell of a lot cheaper than using a company too. Approximately€35 per blind

We did the same. However, this won't suit everyone.
You need to be able to accurately measure and cut 45mm wide aluminum strips to form the frame and to trim the netting to size. Hacksaw, stanley knife, hammer & pencil required.
See video to see if this may be within your capabilities.....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbpjYS5S0Jg

I had Mosi blinds fitted from a firm on Zocco Market and he did turn up very prompt. His stand is next to the toilets , he was very polite and curtious. His price was very good but it was the service he gave me that was excellent. He supplied , fitted and I got a two year warranty. The firm was called blinds.casa, the boss was called John Joon , he’s spoke excellent English, is number is 693 511 563 . Give him a call I’m sure you will be happy as I am .

Our original mozzies nets were fitted by Reg, who had stands on both Zoco and Lemon Tree Markets, and we were very pleased with them. However, Reg had to return to the UK, perhaps this would explain some people suggesting they had been let down? Coincidentally, we had www.blinds.casa, also on Zoco market, give us a quote yesterday for a new door screen - John Joon is Dutch, but speaks excellent English. I can't comment on the installation yet, but they arrived on time and we were very happy with their quote.
