Congratulations! It's a great place to holiday or live in. Nowhere is perfect, but Quesada area has a hell of a lot of advantages over most places and this is a great forum site. The people are great and very helpful on here and you can pick up lots of bargains, so keep your eyes peeled. Good luck with everything :) :text-welcomewave:

Welcome all. Just be aware, we bought a holiday apartment some 15 years ago with the intention of using it for a couple of weeks at a time. No thoughts of living here, just visiting.
8 years ago we sold it and bought a house. Moved in permanently 5 years ago. The place grows on you.

Reading these posts has brought back the feelings of excitement and adventure I felt when we bought our apartment. We only came over for a little look but fell in love with CQ as soon as we saw the arches, fell in love with the only place we saw in the area, and that was that! Will be back soon for a short break and eagerly counting down the days :-)

Enjoy your new holiday homes in the sun everyone, exploring CQ, and making new friends :-)

We live in Gran Alacant at the moment. My brother is looking for an investment property and we had a look around La Marina and Quesada. I had been to Quesada a few times but never really looked around too much. To cut a long story short my brother is still looking but my wife and I are now buying a house over towards the golf course . We intend to live full time in Quseada and let our house in GA :P
