New shop next to Lidl quesada

Hi, I know this has been posted before but can't find it.....what is the new shop going to be.

Or at least part of it. Whether any other outlets will go in to it is a matter of conjecture. One of the builders simply said Rossmann when asked.

At the rate the builders are going at this date is a bit ambitious

They had to wait for the concrete to settle takes a long time I think they are working very well
