I emailed the letting agents OPI and here is there reply from yesterday morning:-

Hi Kim,

You can put your mind at rest.

The situation has been addressed and these people will be gone today. I'm
going to check over things later this afternoon, but we've been working with
the local police and the town hall to have these people moved.

If I feel there is any cause for concern, I will email you later today once
I have visited the property.

Instead it's a sigh of relief! I am glad that the letting agent has been pro-active as well as the president.
