I see Spain is 24th in the medals with 1 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronzes. They should get golds when they partake in the following events
Use of leaf blower/suckers
Use of hedge cutters
Use of angle grinder/tile/slab cutters
Speaking loudly and shouting
Lack of or inappropriate use of car indicators
Parking wherever and however you like

You could add a gold for building roundabouts in surprising places
