Packages from outside EU

Be advised that if you have ordered something from outside EU they have now closed ADT Postales until further notice due to Corina-virus at their facility. ADT handles customs and handling at Madrid Barajas. If you’re waiting for something there could be a serious delay in receiving it.

Does that include the uk now or is that after the transition period? We use a courier firm by plane then courier this end?

Not sure about from the UK. Would imagine it’s considered within EU til the end of the year like other things that are in transition.

I think most private couriers have their own procedures. ADT Postales is the company the Spanish regular mail system, Correos, use for their Import procedures.
