Padron

Hi all just purchased a property in Torremendo need to register on the Padron is the office in Orihuela? And can we just turn up with necessary documentation( passport plus copy and Escritura) many thanks for any help/advice.

You only need a padron if you are a resident. Not needed for non residents.
I’m pretty sure you need your NIE number also. But definitely need the rest in your post.

Thanks yes we are residents will take TIE card with us .

You need to make an appointment or Cita Previa on the Ayuntamiento website. You will need, in the way of documents, NIE, passport, recent utility bill and escritura (house deeds). I've just done this for a friend this morning.
