Try Telfy…
BUT be aware that you only have 3 providers in Spain, Movistar,Vodaphone and Orange…
All the others “providers” are buying shares of them…
This means , you can have connection problems here and there…
Depending on your use and especial where you use it …
Movistar is know”d as the most expensive but you can get in a cave and still have connection…

I had Movistar when I had an old fashion flip top phone then when I first got a smart phone and I was still on PAYG my money went in within a few days, 10 euros used to last ages for me, when I went into Movistar and queried it it was taking off a certain amount everyday for some reason whether I used it or not, is that still the way? We then changed to Gofibre with our landline, internet and 2 mobiles.

Can I just check some details.
So in simple terms are there any mobile phone providers in Spain who provide a UK style pay as you go phone system. Ie you only pay for the calls you use and there is no minimum usage per month.
When I spoke to Orange, Vodafone and Movistar I was told NO.

I'm with Orange and only top up as and when I need to. The reason I chose Orange was because you only need to top up the phone once a year, many others cancel the "contract" if you don't top up every 3 or 6 months. I bought the sim in the Orange shop in Habaneras and I had to buy €20 credit to start with, but it was 4 years ago so I don't know if anything has changed.
