Paying bills

Hello everyone,

I am hoping one of the many helpful people on this site could come to my rescue.
My Spanish bank account has been blocked because of an out of date passeport, my fault in letting it lapse.
I want to pay my utility bills namely Iberdrola, and Aguas del arco with another non Spanish account how do I do this? Do I transfer the amount owing, simply to their Iban number? if so where can I find this information? Or better still can these utility bills be paid on line remembering I'm a non Spanish speaker.
If you can help me with my nightmare I would be so very grateful, thanks.
