That "Mr Bates Vs The Post Office" drama has been an incredibly powerful weapon.

What happens to the families of sub post masters /mistresses that this scandal drove to suicide,
Did Fujitsu computer company develope the program,?
It read like the Post master general is passing the buck

Of course Fijutsu developed the program but very often the 'client' plays quite a big part in the specifications demanded and can threaten to withdraw their custom if the (software development) company say they can't deliver on any aspect. So the competition is fierce! I doubt it would be clear cut if we can blame one organisation or the other. But the way the Post Office behaved is shocking!
