Prime example of warning and naming dodgy companies around town

This is about the "company" I wanted to warn about on this forum but was not allowed to, besides in pm!!!

A prime example of these criminals being reported through the correct channels - The Authorities & police.

To name and shame any company or person on any online platform can impede the investigation and ultimately affect the outcome of a criminal case brought about them.

This looks like a good result - Great to hear that they were caught and convicted!

Quite right Jan. Also, it no doubt prevents your forum from being used for malicious purposes, and for when innocent people may be publically wrongly accused, and for which presumably you might become legally liable

You can never be legally liable for something somebody else have done, written or said. Unless it is a minor and you are their legal guardian. Maybe in backwards UK, I don't know, but not in the rest of Europe. That makes no sense!!! That's like me robbing the bank and you go down for it because you happened to be at the bank at the same time!

Haven't lost a thing. Just proving my point. As it is a good thing they got caught (as a previous post stated) there may be several poor people that could have benefitted from a warning with naming. There is always a delay between reporting and actual arrest. I do believe in police terms they call this investigation in case someone here does not know.
