If you mean arrow rent a car in Quesada they meet you as you exit into the main concourse near the tourist desk

I rented a car fro Eddie at Arrow Car Rental in Quesada, no issues, no inflated insurance issues, was straightforward. Located next to London Tavern at end of high street.
