Spanish tax forms as already suggested are very good

Just use whoever you use already for your annual non-resident tax returns. They normally charge an additional fee for the extra work. Rental tax for a non-resident outside the EU is 24% of the income, i.e. not the profit as no deductions are allowed, and must be declared and paid quarterly. You will need the name and passport or DNI details of each lead guest which you have to obtain anyway to report their stays to the Guardia Civil.
