I found a TENS machine very helpful and cheap. You can find them on Amazon.

I do yoga which cured mine. Been going for over a year but noticed a difference almost straight away. I goto Simon at elite gym on a Monday 6-7, but if I can’t go I now know enough to do at home myself. He had it himself so knows exactly how you feel. Good luck!
