Senior Black Cat Sadly killed near El Recorral Park.

I found the poor cat on the road this morning sadly he was no longer alive. I placed him carefully under a tree just off the main road.

If you leave the park and turn right and drive just past the bin area 20 metres he is laid under a tree a couple of metres away from the pavement.

He has a collar and it is light blue. He looks like a senior cat.

So sorry for your loss.

I went up there and checked it for a microchip but sadly it did not have one. It had a light green flea collar on .looked well fed..

Thanks for that I was rather upset that this poor cat was just left in the middle of the road.
I hope that the owners find their cat before too long.

Good idea I never thought of the that. I have two 15 year old cats who are brothers and I hope someone would do the same if anything ever happened. Although they dont go outside the gate which is lucky.

Having a microchip done is of a great help ( with up to date information that is registered with the Valencian database)
It helps reuniting cats and dogs with there owners or at least giving what is sometimes sad news to owners ..
Please remember to get microchip registered on spanish Data base .any vet will sort this for you ..as make sure phone numbers/addresses ect are updated ..
