Social Security and Torrevieja Hospital

Hello everyone, please I'd like to know if there is a place that helps out with filling the social security form?

And also, is there any other number to get through to the doctors at the Torrevieja Hospital, because no one is answering their emergency number

There is only one central number for Torrevieja hospital which is 965 695 500. I've been there at the enquiries and it is usually very busy. The phone rings constantly but the staff is so busy dealing with people that they seem to leave them ring and ring. Just a case of waiting really though it seems likes ages.
