Can anyone recommend a good solicitorin quesada area with reasonable rates for conveyencing

There are several recommendations on the forum we have found mar at Sol 4 to be great and reasonably priced.

We used AG lawyers, torrevieja, reasonably priced, maybe cheaper than a solicitor, found them on gov.uk website, I would like to think that if they are allowed on our official gov site then they are trustworthy enough. Another tip I was told, solicitors can do same job as a lawyer but don’t necessarily have same level of qualifications, so maybe less likely to follow all the legalities properly. Whereas a lawyer has all qualifications and have more to lose if they don’t follow everything accurately. So no brainier to me, why take the risk when the fees are no dearer. Hi, we used Interealty in Benijofar last year all went great with the house purchase and they offer after purchase services, looking after all sorts such as annual tax declarations. Highly recommend nothing seems to be too much trouble to them!
