Training ground / field

Training ground / field

Postby jacqui9463 » Sat Jun 12, 2021 2:08 pm

Hi
My son in law is a professional footballer and staying in our house for 1 week in Dona Pepa 2.
He needs to continue to train (Just him) and needs a football pitch, gras pitch, playing field, decent area of grass or field that he can train on that has no dents or bumps that he can trip on.
He will have a car so can drive somewhere. Does anyone know of something suitable?

Hi there’s a proper training facility at San Pedro that some of the professional clubs use,as you turn into San Pedro going to mud baths think it’s the second roundabout turn left it’s 200 mitres down or sorts centre in playa Flamenca on Calle Niagra possibly Torreveijca football club, most areas have what appear to be excellent facilities sadly 50 years to late for me

We have the sporting facilities at Torrevieja, maybe get in touch with Torrevieja FC and train with them

Agree with Chrisdee, they have excellent facilities. Contact them via their website or Facebook.

Professional clubs wont let you use their pitch and San Pedro is too far. Rojales has one but I cant find their contact details anywhere. Can anyone help with this? I'm still in the UK and nothing I search for gives me their details.

Go onto www.torreviejasportscity.com. Choose the Facilities tab then the Nelson Mandela Stadium tab. On this it states that it allows training to be at a professional sports level and has all the changing facilities, etc.
Hope this helps :)
