Hi could anyone please tell me how much should it cost for a change of Ownership for a 2014 registered scooter 125cc with the purchase price being €650 . IE: some one to provide the service required. Thanks for your assistance in this matter.

I think they're based in Malaga - costs may vary between regions, so better to deal with someone based in Comunidad Valenciana.
