Help Vega Baja also do drop in at Quesada town hall for advice/support every 2 weeks. Sorry dont know date of next drop in session.

I would call them and make an appointment as I'm sure you will need one, it will take quite a while for them to fill the form in. They will tell you if they can help you and what you need to take.
