Which test required?

Can anyone tell me definitely which covid test I need from Spain to UK, Easyjet. PCR or lamp test?

Not sure of all the options, but we flew EasyJet to Manchester with the €40 one from El Raso pharmacy.

Whatever it's called it was sufficient for boarding the plane and entering the UK. It's a nasal swab with results in 24 hours max, can be same day. As others have said you also need to pre-order a test package online to take once you arrive.

As stated by Paul Uden, the lateral flow nasal swab test carried out at El Raso pharmacy is perfectly adequate for airline carriers to allow boarding and the UK border authorities to allow entry to the UK.

My wife travelled back to Gatwick last week and had no problems with the lateral flow test certificate from El Raso. The test was €40 and results arrived about 8 hours after the test. Very efficient service!

I would imagine this is the same test being offered at other pharmacies but it’s worth double checking with them to make sure it’s acceptable for travel and entry to UK.
