Wise internet banking

Just wondered if anyone has used this company. I read the reviews on how good they are, so sent off for a debit card and opened up with a small deposit. Been online and despite following the instructions, or trying to, cannot get hold of a PIN number to activate the account. No real person to talk to and or email address to explain the situation. Has anyone else had an issue like this? Frustrating to say the least

you need to go on the site on the left side click on CARDS SCROLL DOWN AND ON RIGHT YOU WILL SEE SHOW PIN

I have been using them for many years for transferring funds from the UK. The exchange rate is always very good, and they are considerably cheaper than doing it through your bank.

They have other services, like a prepaid card for example, but I have never used any of these so can't give an opinion, but feel sure they would be fine. BTW, they are fully licenced by the authorities.

we use wise and have moved all our direct debits to them. finally ive managed to close our lacaixa account also. wise is very easy to use

Have the direct debit payments actually gone out of your account yet? (I also want to close my la Caixa, ex Bankia, ex Bmn, ex Caja Murcia account!!)
