Wish purchase

Has anybody purchased a mobile phone from Wish on line. They offer lookalike phones identical to large brands at silly prices.What's your experience?

i would probably. be aware , if its to9 good to be true. etc

It’s a rip off!

We ordered a bike once.. took our €400.... and we waited and waited and waited.
There’s nobody to talk to to complain, and every email reply was ‘it’s out of stock, we will post out to you next week’

Went in for 4 months until we had to appeal to get our mi ey back

Only bought off them once got some sun glasses when they arrived both pairs were scratched on the lenses so unusable just went in the bin. Lesson learned very cheap but no sodding good.

Wish is like a lot of other Chinese companies & just the same as a lot of offers on Facebook & all priced below €100 so you cant recall it if you pay by card & a safe bet is if it says in there rules & regs that to get a full refund you have to send back the originals, Then thats to make sure its not worth your while going to the bother of doing it all. So safer to avoid like the plague. There are some ok Chinese companies but there ruined by the vast amount of rip off ones.

Avoid wish like the plague , I had an episode with them for 8 months ordering , re ordering cancelling and customer service is all automated and very very poor ...8 months down the line ,I lost 25 € from a original order of 38 € ???? Don’t touch them !

Their phones are never as advertised. Even if they say 512gb memory you'll find the memory full after only about 60 apps. They sold a toy dog which their video showed as running everywhere, round in circles in and out of the room etc. Actually just a 6in stuffed toy which did nothing. Their explanation was that they used 'artistic licence' in the video. Got a refund and they didn't want the dog back. Some items are fine, such as brushes for electric toothbrush. About 40 for next to nothing. Work fine. Just watch what you order and if it looks to good to be true, it is.

Ordered quite a few things at first and got what I thought “Looked. Good value l” man bags ripped zips not working and lots of other rubbish ,,, had. A lot of bad experiences. With them ..Never again ...buy cheap ...get rubbish ,and if you cancel the order having given them plenty of extended delivery time ...the B****rds deduct delivery from your refund ,and if you do apply for a refund ..DO NOT put you’re refund in wish cash , get it refunded to your bank ,cos once they’ve got your money ,you cannot refund and you have to buy more crap avoid wish cash Avoid Wish ...trust me ,,a load of crap At low prices ,When I clicked the buy now button ,at the price in my checkout for example 50€ ...it jumped to 55 and only shows you that for a split second ,and. You don’t notice ...caught me off guard and it happened to me three times ...So be warned please do not throw your money away
