Dogs off the lead

Can anyone tell me a place to let my dogs off the lead please for a run. They are 3 small dachshunds. I live in Almoradi but don't mind driving to a place either grass or countryside but not dog beach as would prefer not to be with loads of other dogs. Just a nice walk

don't know if there are any legal places, Spanish law states dogs must be on a lead at all times, the fines vary from town to town, so please be careful

Hi, there's a gated area especially for dogs, near Consum in Dona Pepa. We let ours off lead there if he is the only dog which he generally is. I've also been told that they can be off lead on the 'other side' of the Recorral Park which is another place we take him. Our dog is very good off lead, just wants to chase his ball and never strays far from us but I guess others might be different

yes i have 2 good ones but one is only 2 and he runs away

The problem with dogs off the lead is other dogs that are not so well behaved, I have heard nightmare stories about large dogs attacking small dogs, so if you choose to do it please take care, as if your dogs are attacked its no good going to the police all they will say is they should have been on a lead.

So is the large dog off the lead and attacking the small dog on the lead?

please read my post before answering, there have been reports of large dogs not on leads attacking small dogs not on leads.

There have been reports of large dogs attacking small dogs, they were told to take photos but still nothing done, as far as I am aware the large dogs had Spanish owners. all I am trying to do is to warn people who let their dogs off the lead.
