I've managed to Find a picture of Caspers Collar - Any help / assistance will be really appreciated

Received news of a possible sighting today but not 100% - hopefully he will come home soon

My brother and sister are absolutely heartbroken

There have been no sightings of Casper at all, I've searched and searched the whole of Ciudad Quesada and absolutely nothing I am
Genuinely starting to think if he has been stolen? I'm thinking all sorts and sick with worry
