Pet passport new type - Do we have the correct one?

I have just got a passport for suzy the cat and we are concened it may be the old style. It says in everything we have read that there should be clear stickers over the info the vets put in, the one we have does not have any.
Has anyone got a new style passport here

I panicked about this as well, when I drove out with my two dogs in June.
I went to the website where I read that old passport were fully acceptable, and it is only the newly issued ones that need to have this.
I have had my passport for 3 yrs and there is still room for lots of vet stamps so I will be keeping it for sometime.
It's only with regards to passports issued after 29/12/2014 that you need to have the laminated section.

our cats passport is new and we are having one heck of a job getting our local vet to comply with the rules which we have now read in the EU website.

We have one from 2003 and a new one this year, for our two cats, which we brought with us to the UK from Quesada in June with no problems.

There were some changes to the regulations at the end of last year. I now know, through reading the derfa site, the spanish government site and the EU site, that the entry showing the rabies jab has been done MUST have a lamanated sticker put over it by the vet. Our local vet has not done this, we have been back twice now and they insist on checking it out before they will comply! there are very few Brits where we live and we think they have not done a PP since the new regs kicked in. Fingers crossed they get it right today.

We are still using the Blue Passport understand when it is full then we will have to go to the new one always travelling to Spain and back to the UK with our Dog.
