annual winter rental wanted 3 to 6 months no longer required

Hi,
We are looking for winter rental on an annual basis.
Two mature adults and an 8 year old well behaved small dog [non barking non moulting]
We are pretty flexible but we do need good Wifi, a wood burner would be great if not, then affordable heating of some kind.
The rental we are in at the moment is freezing....coat on when you come in coat off when you go out..area not that important, though by preference we would prefer to be off urbanisation...but not that important...they do have certain benefits. Not really interested in doing business with agents who don't have business premises and a reasonable track record.
We are here for two months so if you know of anything would much appreciate hearing from you.
