Desperately need house to rent from August!

Hi everyone.
We are moving to Quesada on 11th August August and struggling to get somewhere to rent!
We are ok if it is unfurnished as we will have a few things with us but will need 'white goods' in the kitchen.
There will be myself, wife Melanie and 12 yr old daughter.
It's really surprised us about the lack of available properties. ( but then again, as I've been told,it is August! Doh!)
