Holiday rental wanted 30/12/2014-13/01/2014

I am looking for a holiday rental for my parents and a family friend (between 55-70 years of age) over the New Year period. We have a Villa in the old part of Quesada and want them to join us for New Year.
Ideally a 2-3 bedroom 2 bathroom Villa/Apartment within walking distance to the centre shops in Quesada. Sun terraces essential as is central heating/open fire/hot air con.

Dates= 30th December until 13th January (flexible in January)
