I may be able to help you as I have an apartment available now for long term rental in El Pinet. It is on the second floor with two bedrooms, one bathroom, sunny balcony overlooking the pool and with sea views and there is a roof top solarium.
The cost is 425 Euros per month plus utilities and you can see pictures of it if you look in the rental section of the Costa Blanca Forum. I also have a 3 bed 2 bath property in Guardamar in Avenida de la Libertad which I normally use for ourselves and holiday rentals but it is sitting empty right now due to people not being able to flyso that might be a possibility. Please get back to me to let me know as I have had several other enquiries but people are unable to get out to Spain right now so if you can move in quickly then that would also help me.

BTW apartments are of no use as I am unable to walk unassisted. We tried one before and it was unbearable.
