house / villa wanted on 11 / 12 month rental

Wife and I are looking for a three bedroom, two bathroom property with outside space and access to a pool. We are looking for a long let of 11 / 12 months with option to extend. We have a cat which is well behaved, house trained and does not cause damage. Any available property to be furnished. Many thanks.

When do you need the let to start and what is your budget? I have a villa that is going to be rented from around Mid November.

Hi thanks for your reply can you ley me know where your villa is, how many bedrooms and bathrooms and is there outside space. We are looking to pay 550 Euros per month utility bills. Mid November would be ideal. If successful would any contract be suitable to allow us to obtain a pardon,

Hi. Did you manage to get sorted? We have a three bed, 2 bath villa available on a small community of 20 houses in Quesada near the golf course. There is a lovely community pool. Let me know if you would like more information and photographs.

Hi I have a 3 bed property available with large outside space available. I holiday myself in August to mid September so that is my only exception. Would you be interested?

Maybe it's me but I always say when asked my budget, for all sort of things, 'what is your price and I will tell you if it's within my budget'. :lol:

You can get a Padron when you live in Spain whether renting or owning property. Just ask in the town hall.
