long let wanted from july 2014

hi everyone

my family and i will be moving to alicante in july 2014 and so we are looking for rentals in the quesada/dona pepa/benijofar area please.we require something spacious modern with nice out door space 3 bedrooms and a pool or near a pool please.we would be good tenants and look after anything we take to a good standard.we would need to have a good internet speed in what ever property we take which i hope wouldnt be a problem.we require fully furnished please with nice modern furnishings.thank you to all for looking.
