Hello,
I have a lovely one bedroom property on the ground floor overlooking the beautiful pool at Las Deltas which is on the outskirts of the town at Quesada. There are many people living there all year round including neighbours who are single ladies as well. Shops are 5-10 minute walk. It is available from mid October and costs 100 Euros per week to include bills. If you are interested I can send you pictures.
