Can anyone help with info regarding long term rentals that allow well behaved pets ( 1 dog). and prices.

My son has a apartment to rent in Algorfa, ground floor with a balcony, dog welcome, 250 euro pcm plus bills.

I have a small house ( 1 bed ) in Quesada it'self near Harrys bar at at the top of the hill. Little used furnished with garden area. Bus stop near house and places to walk the dog. Looking for a responsible person dog not an issue if well behaved. looking for around 300/month+bills.
