new home wanted

Hello
We are looking for a villa/townhouse rental for 3 to 12 months from September, unfurnished or furnished, 3 bedrooms, must allow pets as we have an elderly dog and cat who are both VERY well behaved. We are a non smoking couple, very clean, responsible, respectful & house proud and can pay up to 500 per month depending on the property.
