Hi Folks
We are considering retiring to the Quesada area and would like to rent a property for a around 3 months in Dec/Jan/Feb to see if it really suits us.
Are there any local companies/agencies that we can contact (rather than Airbnb) or is there any residents forums specifically dealing with this?

Hi Alan, we also rent our property allthough not available for the period you are asking. Just be sure you rent legal. Ask the renters if they have a renting license number.

You do not need a licence for long term rent, 3 months, and yes we do pay the taxes which our solicitor sorts out for us.
