Rental accommodation required

I am a single 65 year old lady renting a 2 bed flat in La Herrada. My contract expires early March and I need a place to follow on from then, preferably for a minimum of 6-12 months, it doesn't need to be a 2 bed. I'm currently paying 325e pcm plus usual bills. I'm flexible on location.

I'm doing some part time voluntary work at an animal shelter in Torrevieja as well as trying to learn Spanish. I've been in Spain since Aug 2019. I was a PA and Age Concern volunteer back in the UK.

1 bed flat in Torrevieja. About 10 mins walk from Iceland. 12 month term.
