Rental property required

We are looking to rent 2-3 bed property for approx 1 year(flexible on time)
We are non residents and will be coming back and forward to Spain for the legal allowed time within the rental year.
We are non smokers with no pets.
We would prefer the Quesada area, but all areas will be considered.
The sale of our Spanish villa is nearly complete but we are not ready to leave Spain full-time just yet.
