Rental property required

Hi my mother and I are in the process of selling our apartment and we are looking for a rental property, apartment, bungalow, townhouse, 2 bed, 1 or 2 bathrooms.

My mother has problems with her legs so the property would have to be ground floor or with lift access if apartment.
We just need a base say 2 to 3 months or maybe 4.

Quesada or nearby area but location is not a priority, we are flexible.
