Seeking a long term rental 3 bed detached villa

We are looking for a detached villa, with 3/4 beds, to rent for a minimum of 11 months in the Quesada area. There is just myself and husband except for when the family come down during holidays and can pay up to 1,000 per month, plus bills. We can provide good references and we are currently in the area so could view at short notice.
